Important information for Parenting 2000’s counselling clients
In response to Public Health England advice we would ask that clients refrain from attending counselling sessions if they have returned from one of the high risk areas (e.g. Italy, China, Iran etc).
Please also do not attend if you are displaying any respiratory symptoms at all (cough, fever, shortness of breath).
In both cases please phone the office in advance on 01704 380047 and your counsellor will be able to offer you more appointment options.
In the event of a counsellor becoming infected with coronavirus then a client’s details may be passed to Public Health England as part of tracing recent contacts.
Counsellors will also be asking clients using equipment in the Therapy & Art Rooms to wash their hands at the start and end of each session to prevent the spread of the virus.
If the current situation with the coronavirus is making you or your child feel anxious, support will be on hand in our Parenting Circle on Tuesdays between 10am and 11am, therapeutically led by Claudia Aldersley MBACP.
