Tips for supporting your friends with their mental health

Are you worried or concerned about a friend’s mental wellbeing? 

At Alchemy we know many of you want to support your friends and many young people do struggle with their mental health. So we have put together some helpful tips for you so that you can not only support your friend but also yourself too. When supporting a friend remember it’s also important that you make sure you’re OK too. Don’t take on all their problems, walk besides them and help them.
